If you are having a problemt with your brewing equipment. We have some tips in the FAQ section for quick reference on the most popular topics. If you are experiencing further issues please call us.

Service Calls: We offer 24/7 service calls. However, if we are unable to access building outside of business hours. Service calls after 9 p.m. have a $75 call out fee. We do not allow our employees to access buildings solely unattended for liability and safety after 9 p.m.

General Maintenance: We provide general maintenance and routine cleaning of the brewing equipment at no additioanl charge once a month. This includes flushing with tablets, checking filters, testing unit with a water cycle for any potential problems. It is your responsibility to keep the general housekeeping of the coffee area, airpots, decantuers, etc. in the time betweeen service. We will need access to a breakroom sink to dispose properly of drain safe rinse water. Per health department requirements, we cannot dump in bathroom or mop sink. 

General Repair: If the brewing equipment is outside of its warranty or the part does not fall under warranty, we will repair the equipment at billable rates setforth by the company(coffee2themax). If you choose not to use our mobile service center for repair, we will have our outside authorized brewing equipment tech repair the unit. Keep in mind, this will incur additioanl fees and cost more out of your pocket.

Warranty: We are an approved Bunn, Curtis-Wilbur, and Newco Retailer. We will take care of the warranty process and repair for you as long as your account is in good standing with us. If your account is not in good standing, we will provide you with the phone number and warranty information needed to obtain the warranty claim through tthe brewing equipment manufacturer.

*If you own the brewing equipment outright, you are free to choose who you would like to make repairs on the brewing equipment. However, if your equipment is under warranty and you choose an unauthorized repair center. Your warranty is possible to be void by the manufacturer.
